World peace

World peace, or peace on Earth, is the concept of an ideal state of peace within and among all people and nations on Planet Earth. Different cultures, religions, philosophies, and organizations have varying concepts on how such a state would come about.

Various religious and secular organizations have the stated aim of achieving world peace through addressing human rights, technology, education, engineering, medicine, or diplomacy used as an end to all forms of fighting. Since 1945, the United Nations and the five permanent members of its Security Council (China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States) have operated under the aim to resolve conflicts without war or declarations of war. Nonetheless, nations have entered numerous military conflicts since then.

Child labour

Child labour is still a cause of public concern. This article focuses on the relationship between poverty and child labour. Many children work to ensure the survival of their families and themselves. Furthermore, child labour today leads to poverty tomorrow: child labour perpetuates poverty and results in intergenerational poverty traps. Yet, policies banning child labour, even if they can be implemented, might harm the welfare of children and their families rather than help. This is why devising effective policies to address child labour is a challenging task and needs to tackle the root cause of the problem.

Child labor is a prevalent global public health and human rights problem. It puts children at risk for acute and chronic health problems, in many cases prevents completion of formal education, and thwarts the right to freely choose economic opportunities. According to UNICEF, 218 million children between the ages of 5 and 17 years are classified as child laborers, and of these, 126 million are engaged in what the International Labor Organization calls the worst forms of child labor. This article will review the types of child labor, the health effects, human rights principles and international law, and what public health professionals can do to mitigate this problem.

Hardwork has no replacement

Hard work not only pays you but it also builds your character. Your hard work contributes to success and also increase your happiness. If you get a reward without much hard work and efforts then this reward will for sure not improve you personally, it will make you over-confident and promote you towards dependency. There is no substitute for hard work. Getting something with hard work and efforts makes your soul happy, make you happy about your potential and make you believe that with hard work anything is possible. People feel great when they realize that success which they have is earned by them. This realization enables them to have control over their lives.

Life is a race

Life is like a race, you keep on running. You try to get as fast as possible however, it is the special race , it’s a race against time , not everyone can run long time, some have many years left , some may have minutes , but the point is running as fast as you can before your time runs out.

Life is quite a long journey. You learn at each and every step. If you try to be very fast at beginning the chances are that you will be very late at the end. You need lot and lots of practice and a long marathon to be a good marathon runner but in sprint you can be fast but only for a short period. Sometimes you have to sprint in your life to feel yourself and your position. From marathon you can learn that everything is possible in life.

The day you realize that your setbacks are not the ending moreover it’s a beginning of your race, that day you turn out to be successful in awaking the victor inside of you. Embrace all the setbacks, fears and rejections, embrace all of it and push on. Because the moment you give up, it’s the same as you stopping in the marathon just because you shoelace came off. What you want is the goal in the end. Not fasters then others so persevere on and make the most out of every day.

University life

Welcome to Life at LPU. The blog is completely an informational blog for parents and students who got questions to ask about the University, The Lovely Professional University. This blog is entirely based on a collective research done by students of the college and this is not to promote the college nor to demote it.

Here it is a completely diverse environment where you can meet people from every state of the country and also from different nations of the world. It would give you a completely wonderful experience and the quality of the education is also quite good. Although students have limited freedom in the university campus which is quite annoying rest the experience of the society is satisfactory.

How to deal with challenges

How to deal with uncertainty of life : Life is very uncertain in every aspect but we can deal it with the acceptance of life that means we should accept both good and bad times with same approach. Nothing is good or bad unless we see them as good or bad. It's all depends upon our point of view, because same event can be a problem for someone and could be a opportunity for others.

How to overcome from depression : Depression gifts you with extraordinarily vivid, powerful, detailed memories of all your mistakes, failures, weaknesses, embarrassments. You have absolute clarity of mind for the negatives, and they build a case of shame and worthlessness. Severe depression, after all, really wants to destroy you, literally if possible. So it leaves you the mental and emotional equipment to undermine your life.

That’s what I’m obsessed with. At the same time, though, I’m aware that I’m tearing myself down. I see what I’m doing to myself, and another level of awareness opens up. I want to stop the depression. I really want to feel better. I may not be able to do much to end it, but I know I want to come alive again.

I can start there. I hear a debate going on in my head. There’s one me who is lost in depression, and then there’s another me wanting to get better.

Challenges in life

Uncertainty : Life is full of uncertainty, no one can claim that he knows the life how it works.
And due to this uncertainty we found that life is a mystery. Life works in its own way ,it rejects all the theory and rules made by humans. Uncertainty is all around us, never more so than today. Whether it concerns a global pandemic, the economy, or your finances, health, and relationships, much of what lies ahead in life remains uncertain. Yet as human beings, we crave security. We want to feel safe and have a sense of control over our lives and well-being. Fear and uncertainty can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and powerless over the direction of your life. It can drain you emotionally and trap you in a downward spiral of endless “what-ifs” and worst-case scenarios about what tomorrow may bring.
Depression :Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest. Also called major depressive disorder or clinical depression, it affects how you feel, think and behave and can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems. You may have trouble doing normal day-to-day activities, and sometimes you may feel as if life isn't worth living.

More than just a bout of the blues, depression isn't a weakness and you can't simply "snap out" of it. Depression may require long-term treatment. But don't get discouraged. Most people with depression feel better with medication, psychotherapy or both.

Fight for survival : Fight for survival is something that every creature on the planet do. If we talk about human beings , the way of fight for survival is changed from the ancient time to modern time but the core fight remains the same. Now we do not have the threat on our life as such the ancient time but the fight now is for the livelihood.

Life : A Beautiful Journey

From the birth, till the death we experienced that life is a mystery. It constantly shows us ups and downs happiness and sorrowness. We found that when we want happiness ,then it definitely shows us hardships and when we feels hopelessness from life its shows us the most beautiful moments of our life that we had never imagine. And it repeats in a constant pattern.

So what is life, what it wants from us. Life wants acceptance for it in it's original form, It is true that optimists, or positive thinkers, are at an advantage in life compared to pessimists. This is because of the effect your mindset and attitude have on everything we come across. Our social relationships, our job and also our health are an integral part of our daily life and we can feel how negative and positive thoughts can have a domino effect on everything we do during the day.

The way we choose to think, positive or negative, has a great impact on the final outcome and is mirrored in everything we do. Hence the importance of having a balanced outlook on life.
